Cancellation and refunds

Every trip shows its free-cancellation window on the trip page and again before you pay. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 working days, and you get a WhatsApp message with the reference number when they're sent.

Content delivery timelines

Every Trip Reel, photo set and drone edit is delivered in the app 10 minutes after the shoot. If we miss that window, the add-on is refunded in full and you still keep the content.

Payments and GST

We accept UPI, cards and no-cost EMI. Tour packages attract 5% GST, shown as a line item before you pay and on your invoice.
